Dear Readers, sorry I was absent there for a while. School started and each weekend has been so packed with prep and other things I have hardly had a chance to knit, let alone blog. I finished my Godmother's socks, though and I am advancing quite nicely on the Shire pullover. (Becca's gift). I just started Dad's socks, and I think I'll need to get a new set of circular needles when I get paid. There are just too many stitches to knit comfortably on dpns. Perhaps I should just knit on circulars

Good to hear from you! I have started counter cross stitching a Christmas stocking for my cousin and may start a knitting project today! I hope school has been going well for you. Mine's been ok, I watched my grades plummet after the first tests and now they are slowly coming back to life. Talk to you soon! Keep blogging:) I too have been clogging on not a regular weekly basis but I hope to get back on track when school settles down. Love and Prayers, Sarah

Author Cimorine is a long-time knitter of 10 years. She is the eldest of 6 and lives in the Pacific Northwest. The rainy days that occur (particularly in the Willamette River Valley) give frequent excuses for her to knit. Of course, she uses sunny days and windy days as excuses to knit. After all, who doesn't love to knit? Archives
